My family and I returned for some deep dish pizza. We were very happy our last visit, but unfortunately, this time we were all... but impressed. Maybe there was a change in chefs. Our server seemed very rushed and when asked if the sausage was spicy (for ourtoddler), we were told to read the menu as it lists everything on the pizza there. We were not checked on for the remainder ofthe night until we asked for the check. The pizza itself was so mediocre. After the 45 min wait for the deep dish you’d thinkit’d be hot. The pizza was cold! Sauce was very bland and just plopped on the top in piles. The veggies were hard, and seemedlike they were just thrown on raw and not even cooked with the pizza. We were very disappointed and unfortunately would notreturn. Read more

We have been going here for a couple of years now. We're hooked on the deep dish pizza. We were hooked on the stuffed crust deep... dish pizza, but they don't have it on the to-go menu anymore. They do still offer it if we ask though. Our son really enjoystheir chicken strips. Writing this has made me hungry and want to get some tomorrow. Read more

Here we ordered their Hand Breaded Cheese Sticks, Primo House Salad w/Italian Dressing, Chicken Parmesan over spaghetti in red... sauce, Deep Dish Cheese Pizza. Everything was 10/10. The staff was nice. Definitely would come back to this exact location. Read more

The thin crust pizza was amazing. Fennel sausage is our favorite and it didn't disappoint. Reminded us of our favorite pizza... back home in WI. Our waiter was very good, sense of humor and accommodating. Very happy Read more

From a person who was born and raised in Chicago and moved to California and missing the amazing taste of an Italian beef... sandwich. My hunt began and I’ve tried a few places out here and nothing came even close. I even drove to LA just to havePortillos but anyone from Chicago knows there are way better places for Italian Beef than Portillos. Drove by Chicago Fire andimmediately told my husband to look at the menu and see if they have it on there. And sure enough they did. Stopped there forlunch and let me tell you it was like being back home. Now I will say I would’ve liked to see the meat more fluffed instead ofstacked so you are not biting through all that meat at once. But honestly the flavor was there and the bread being all drippedin the au ju was the cherry on top. Definitely making that hour drive again to eat here. Also the pizza was way better thenGiordanos just saying!!! Read more

Restaurant was clean and inviting. Atmosphere was excellent. Staff was friendly and attentive. We got wings, which were some of... the best wings I've had in a long while, drinks and a large pizza. Excellent date night place. Can't wait to go again. Read more

So, the website, outside of the restaurant, and impression of the place from others seemed like one of the upper scale places to... go downtown. When i walked in and sat down, i couldn't help but notice that it smelled like the tables were wiped with dirtyrags. We were greeted right away which was a plus, and the gentleman from the car took our order. Food was good. Idk if i wouldcome back though. The smell was not pleasant. All i could think of was bad cheese and dirty wash rags all over the tables. Itshouldn't smell anything but clean when you walk into a restaurant. The look of the restaurant looks way too cool to have to beput off by a smell. Read more
