They almost got it right :( Sourdough star is trash. Uncooked see-through bacon. Can't get any unsafer than that. God awful... burger. Twice this place has been a major disappointment. They don't wear uniforms, the place is pretty unprofessional to saythe least. My stomach hurts now. Read more

Ordered a jalapeño burger no cheese, got a cheeseburger with no jalapeños lol. You?d think after waiting 10 minutes they?d be... able to get an order right when they only have 3 customers. Read more

I placed an order through the drive through and ordered two kids meals and a chicken sandwich add cheese. Upon paying and... receiving the food I noticed they charged me for a double cheeseburger and gave me the wrong sandwich. I politely let the ladyat the window know, she was nice and advised me to keep it since I paid for it and it was more expensive than what I actuallyordered and she would have them just make the correct chicken sandwich. Another employee by the name of Nancy then asked me topull to the front to wait, she came and requested the double cheeseburger back (which I had opened and touched at that point)and gave me the chicken sandwich which was again made incorrectly. She did not even bring up a refund since they charged memore, needless to say since the original person said keep it since I paid more I then told Nancy I wanted a refund for thedifference then. I work in HR and previously worked in food service, she had very poor customer service and was unsanitary asyou should not being taking food back that was touched. Will not be returning or recommending this location to anyone. Read more

For years, running errands in the area, this location was a weekly stop. It wasn't totally for the food (though it was always... prepared to be served hot, appear appetizing, delivered promptly and overall above standard and expectations of similar foodchains) Always with my son, he ate, while I sorted tasks i had done, and those i had yet to do., checking lists, balances mybudget. Good days i just relaxed and enjoyed his company. We went there because it was mid point, between stops, making it justa matter of convenience. We stayed because it felt safe, was always clean, and the staff were more than pleasant. They werekind, accommodating, sweet and a genuine pleasure to see them. It has been a couple years since we moved, patterns shifted andhave not been to that area since. Last week on my current worksite, ideas to repurpose some outdated eyesores, an issue came upregarding worn stainless steel. Our customer service counter look to our worksite, the idea of resurfacing an enormousstainless steel customer access area that is too expansive to replace, too essential to remove, and too worn to ignore. Take achance, i thought, my early morning call to see if a manager could help me. The young lady who answered heard my situation, agreed to text photos of results the got resurfacing stainless steel, that would be perfect for my issue. She agreed that onceit slowed down she would. No text or photos that day but i understand what busy days are. I left a msg the next day, at herconvenience whenever she got a second i was still asking. Today realizing she may have lost my number, i more than eagerwanting to offer to compensate her for her time, i called today and asked for the manager. I said that i had called earlier inthe week , repeating my request while asking if she had an app i could send her money for texting photos. She laughed loudlyand hung up. I called back and the line was answered as well as cut off in an instant. The third time they Read more

You would think it would be easy to remember to put napkins in the bag when you go through the drive thru. Better yet don't cop... an attitude with your customer when they come into the store to ask for napkins. You need to provide more training or get rid ofhe female employee with arm tattoos. Never even looked at me or was cordial, all she said was "We're not open" as I stood therelike if I was the idiot. Read more

Taking my lunch break on the 4th of July. Stood at the front counter for almost one minute waiting for someone to serve me.... Finally 1 of the teenagers working that day comes out of the bathroom talking on her cell phone and said Someone would serve meshortly. All other employees were out of sight in the back of the restaurant. Finally someone came out and took my order. Thefood was really good. The restaurant was surprisingly clean. The soda pop ratio was clearly off as my root beer Had way to muchsyrup. The person who brought my order out to the table was busy taking a drive-through order on her head set. I found theentire experience to be somewhat rude and unprofessional. As I sit in my vehicle writing this I can see the 1st girl I saw stilltalking on her cell phone standing in the front window. If I was the owner I would fire the entire crew. Then again I suppose ifI was the corporate office I might fire this franchisee. Definitely below standards. Read more
