They almost got it right :( Sourdough star is trash. Uncooked see-through bacon. Can't get any unsafer than that. God awful... burger. Twice this place has been a major disappointment. They don't wear uniforms, the place is pretty unprofessional to saythe least. My stomach hurts now. Read more

I placed an order through the drive through and ordered two kids meals and a chicken sandwich add cheese. Upon paying and... receiving the food I noticed they charged me for a double cheeseburger and gave me the wrong sandwich. I politely let the ladyat the window know, she was nice and advised me to keep it since I paid for it and it was more expensive than what I actuallyordered and she would have them just make the correct chicken sandwich. Another employee by the name of Nancy then asked me topull to the front to wait, she came and requested the double cheeseburger back (which I had opened and touched at that point)and gave me the chicken sandwich which was again made incorrectly. She did not even bring up a refund since they charged memore, needless to say since the original person said keep it since I paid more I then told Nancy I wanted a refund for thedifference then. I work in HR and previously worked in food service, she had very poor customer service and was unsanitary asyou should not being taking food back that was touched.
