Service sucks here! They're slow and my order has never been right. Not even once. I took a long 9 month break from this... location because of how horrible the speed and accuracy was. I can say after returning today that this location hasn't gottenany better and is still no good. It's just such a frustrating experience. I just went inside to have my order corrected, andthere were SIX employees standing around chatting and doing nothing. SIX. At the speed the drive-thru was moving, I honestlythought there were maybe 2 or 3 employees inside struggling to keep up, but no. The work ethic of the hires at this locationbring everything down. I would order from this place but they seem to like closing early before their listed hours on Google. State their closing hour... is 12AM but went at 11PM and their drive through lights are off, no one visible in store and their drive through window has barson it. Read more
Pulled into the drive-thru on Friday at 10:05pm. Two (2) cars were ahead of me. A single western bacon cheeseburger small combo... was over $11. I don't know if there was only one employee working, but I got my order at 10:35pm. Thirty (30) minutes for 3orders. The burger & fries were both lukewarm, but at least the order was correct. I went to the one at 4205 Marconi Ave about 40 min ago, went through drive through. I ordered 5 burritos and 2 orders of French... toast sticks with extra powdered sugar? this is what I got?. The pieces were so small and some were over cooked. It?s like theywere too lazy to open a new bag, and gave me what was left. There?s really no powdered sugar on it.. they had me pull aroundfront and wait for 7 minutes for this, when I was the only car there. The lady in the drive thru was rude, couldn?t even crack asmile? Buyer BEWARE I went to the 4205 Marconi Ave, Sacramento, CA 95821 Carls Jr and ordered 2 1/3 lb Angus burgers from drive... through. When I went home I checked there were two sandwiches with no burger patties inside. I went back to talk to them therefuse to talk to me or fix the issue and waited 15 minutes with no response. I hope you train your employees better thishappened 9:50 -10:30 PM October 5th. Filed a claim with the franchise also hope this wont happen again. Read more
I?m impressed that a fast food joint now offers Beyond Meat burgers. They do a better job of grilling these plant-based patties... than some higher end burger restaurants. If Carl?s Jr would also offer slices of non-dairy cheese to go with the burgers, myrating would skyrocket to 5+! Read more
The weirdest thing just happened. I went through drive-thru at 7:50pm and the employee stated that they were taking door dash... orders only. For drive-thru and dine-in. I didn?t see any postings of this new process and have never heard of it before so Iwas really confused. Because of this, we weren?t able to order food in-person and went to Jack in the box instead.
