Service sucks here! They're slow and my order has never been right. Not even once. I took a long 9 month break from this... location because of how horrible the speed and accuracy was. I can say after returning today that this location hasn't gottenany better and is still no good. It's just such a frustrating experience. I just went inside to have my order corrected, andthere were SIX employees standing around chatting and doing nothing. SIX. At the speed the drive-thru was moving, I honestlythought there were maybe 2 or 3 employees inside struggling to keep up, but no. The work ethic of the hires at this locationbring everything down. I would order from this place but they seem to like closing early before their listed hours on Google. State their closing hour... is 12AM but went at 11PM and their drive through lights are off, no one visible in store and their drive through window has barson it. Read more
Pulled into the drive-thru on Friday at 10:05pm. Two (2) cars were ahead of me. A single western bacon cheeseburger small combo... was over $11. I don't know if there was only one employee working, but I got my order at 10:35pm. Thirty (30) minutes for 3orders. The burger & fries were both lukewarm, but at least the order was correct.
