My experience on service and food depends on when I come in. Sometimes it's a 2 others it's a 5 so I put it as a 3. Service is... sometimes a 5 others a 3. Overall bad drive thru experience. The guy working the drive thru was the rudest I?ve ever dealt with. His favorite words were... ?will that complete your order? in a condescending way. He not only wanted to rush me out (mind you it?s wasn?t even closingtime at all ~8pm) he was acting degrading. BK, y?all have to better train your staff. Read more
When we opened our food my daughters cheese burger was nasty. The top of the bread was burnt or i don?t know what that is. My... chicken fries weren?t even hot and they forgot to put a straw for my kids drink. They weren?t even busy, so how do you even messup on something like that. Burger King on Freeport is a solid performing fast food restaurant. The service is customarily great, the food is great, and... prices are reasonable. Stopped in and headed to the drive thru to pick up a couple whoppers, fries, drinks to take home. Orderwas fast and sandwiches were made to order. The most horrible customer service I've ever received. Racist Employees, spilled my drink and put ice in drink when I said NO... ICE. She took it out and didn't even refill it. I was trying to be my nicest. I asked if I could add something onto my order butshe said no even when she could have because there was nobody behind us in line.
