It's Burger King. Were you expecting a fine dining experience? There are two cons that I've consistently notice about this... place. First is the drive-thru placement. It's very short and runs between a shopping alley; not safe when cars are lining upand other cars are driving through. Second is that they will get your order wrong half of the time especially with onion rings.A waste of time to fix it when they should have done it correct in the first place. I can complain some more, but you get whatyou pay for with cheap fast food handled by high turnover people. Read more
September 1, 2022 at 3:30 pm What a doozy this one was, Jesus Christ on a stick! Went through the drive through ordered $8.69... worth of food. Frozen drink 2 whopper Jr 2 fries Rodeo burger. Pulled over to check, No receipt Rodeo burger is missing Tooktwo bites of my whopper Jr, it's just luke warm, tried a bite of fries, even colder. Turned to my 7 year old and told him we arereturning this. Grabbed his whopper Jr and fries and went inside. Cashier asked for a receipt, I did not get one, told themwhat I ordered, they pulled one up then asked for the food back. Fine, gave them the food back. I wait. The manager comes andtells me I won't get a full refund because most of my son's burger is "mostly eaten" She refuses to refund $8.69 and proceedsto rip open the bag and root through the food with no gloves on. Finally after I pointed out that is disgusting she agreed torefund $6 and still I got no receipt. What a manager, blaming a 7 year old for being too hungry to refund a meal. Read more
Wouldn't provide receipt for transaction (so-called system was down). Apparently, after reading other reviews, this happens... often. I will NEVER eat here again. They could add things to your order and you will never know. The food was horrible and cold.When calling the store trying to obtain your receipt, you are met with incompetent individuals who won't provide their nameeither nor assist you. This is 100% bad business practice and wrong. From what I gather, there are many saying they need to beshut down and someone else wrote they are stealing credit card information. All I know is, even when calling customer service,you are told you will get a phone call back within 3-5 business days but it never happens. Read more
This is the worst BurgerKing. Not only was I in drive-thru 20min. But only 2 cars were in front of me. Employees are all rude. I... can see all of Employees standing around. Definitely not short staffed. When i asked what's the delay, She said it's becausethey were making fresh food. However I got home 3min later my food was cold. Okay so that last few times that I ate Burger King it had been trash. The west sac location made me stop trying these guys years... ago. Yesterday I was at Best Buy was hungry and could smell the grill from bk as I came out. I tried and it and I swear it wasthe best I have had I. Years the burger was put together perfectly. Poor customer service. When I ordered, I was the only one inside two more people came after me. I waited for 15 minutes for my... food. The two people who came after me they received their food before me. All I got was a chicken sandwich and a whopper. Theyoung Hispanic man at the register was new, but he had great customer service. The young lady who has lice skin with a bluejacket, was very rude along with another lady who had just came in and clocked in, was rude. The African with a pretty colorhair was polite and trying to get understanding. Other than that, the young lady in a blue jacket light skin made the experienceworse.
