Great food and great service. This is an upscale but not too expensive restaurant. The staff cares about the food and the... service. With a party of 8 we got 6 different dishes and everyone was very happy. They actually give you the spice when you askfor it, and the flavor of everything was incredible. Clear your sinuses, cure what ails you, come in and enjoy a classy, tastymeal, and you’ll end up with more food than you paid for. Very happy with this experience. Read more

Amazing food and quick service. Gopi is a great host. Food portions are very hearty and filling and you'd probably end up taking... home enough for next days lunch. Highly recommended. Do ask for Gopi when there. His recommendations and service is spot on. Read more
Good food but the service could be better. Took them a while to seat us and take our orders. The food is of decent flavor and... the price is fair i think. I would have given this place a better rating if the service was better. There's a public parking lotnext to the restaurant and also street parking. Read more
The food here was delicious! I was with a party of three and we all had so much food there was more than enough for next- day... leftovers. I had chicken and lamb with naan, followed by gulab jamun for dessert. Oh my! I will definitely be back next time I'min town! Read more
Since moving to Sacramento I've eaten at a few Indian food restaurants, Bombay Bar and Grill is hands down the best I've tried.... It's possibly the best food I've tried in Sacramento, period. Bombay is not afraid of flavor, and knows how to appropriatelyseason their food. I really cannot recommend this place enough, and I can't wait to go back and try more off their menu. We knewwe were in for an amazing meal when our appetizer arrived.. We started with the appetizer sampler which came with two differentkinds of samosas and another item I don't remember the name of.... it was delicious. I ordered the Dal soup (amazing), lamnkabob and Kitchen Special, which was a rack of lamb with a spinach sauce.... the flavor in the dishes was outstanding.
