So I went to the deli and I ordered my food. Once I got to my location I realized they didn't give me the bread I asked for.... When I called and mentioned I talked to Adriana and she said "if both sandwiches were not touched I can return them" umm ok. Sowhen I pulled up I showed her both untouched sandwiches and told me my money would be refunded in 3 to 5 days. I then asked whatthey were going to do with the opened sandwiches. She said "throw them away" I mentioned why throw them away when I can takethem or give it away to homeless. She got a attitude and said well "that's why you returned them." No I returned them becauseyou got my order wrong. I spent time gas and missed a meeting and Adriana tried to tell me if you order a California sub youneed to mention the bread. Had a salad for 1st time today, usually a Shark Bite kinda girl. Impressed with size and options. Lemon vinaigrette was a... perfect dressing. This location is hit or miss on bread freshness, guessing a symptom of Covid. The beer selection usually hasa little of everything. Read more
I just ordered for pick up the pig kahuna. When I got home and opened my box, and it smelled a little funny. My husband took a... bite and instantly spit it out saying "something is wrong, it's mushy and tastes weird" I examine my half and it smells andtastes like tuna. Then my other sandwich came with avocado, but 1 got 2 slices I wouldn't even say 1/4 of an avocado. First timehere and now the last. Read more
I have tried going there twice now. Both times they have been out of basic menu items. The first time I got something different... art their suggestion and didn't like it. The second time I just walked out. If you're going to be out of things for an extendedperiod of time Mark it as being out. Read more
The wait here is so looooooooooooooooooong! Ordered three (shark bite, Malibu and high tide) 12 inch sandwiches. Only two people... working on a Sunday and it was busy. From the time I placed my order til the time I received it, it took 30 mins. I would goelsewhere. The food here isn't worth waiting 30 mins for. Also, seems like they prioritize door dash orders. Everyone who camein to order had to wait forever to get their food. I saw the employee turn my 3 sandwiches into 6 which took her even more timeto make. ??????? Also, the food is really expensive. I love this place. The sandwiches are awesome, the meat and everything always taste fresh. Their facilities are always clean.... $10 for a regular sandwich which is so big you can hardly get your mouth opened wide enough to take a bite. Depending on whichlocation you go to, sometimes the employees are not always friendly or fast. If you like beach themed sandwich shops, this placeis for you. Read more
Delicious sandwiches - they are stacked with meat and produce. No skimping on any of the ingredients here...unlike those other... cookie cutter sandwich shops. Bread is always fresh and soft. Prices for things have been raising everywhere and beach hut deli is no exception. Except their prices have always been too high... in my opinion and I?m a former employee! The quality has gone down, at least at this location. I didn?t finish my $15 sandwichthat I specifically ordered a small of. Now I need a new sandwich place. Read more
