Reviews for Bali Kitchen in Sacramento, CA
The mango sticky rice was soooo good! The mango was really ripe and sweet and everything went well with the sauce (I asked for... the sauce on the side). The rice was perfect as well! I want to go back and eat it again ???????? Read more

Our experience was so so at best. We came after seeing high reviews but was disappointed in overall quality of food. Especially... the curry fried rice had raw tumeric flavor. Read more
This is one of the best places to eat good and money saving food in town. It was my first time trying Indonesian food and so I... was a little skeptical but once I had the food it was just amazing. It's a nice cozy and comfortable restaurant and is in OldDowntown. The people who work there are super friendly and explained me the menu as and when I asked them. The drinks and foodthey offer were both fabulous. Read more
Good food, great service, nice variety and all items as described. I'm no expert in authenticity butit was all delicious and... they label all ingredients and spiciness well enough for me to navigate. The fried rice is amazing and not oily at all. Generousportions of meat. Fairly unusual spices even in dishes you may expect to be similar to other asian dishes. The goat soupbone/stew was good flavors and and tender meat. I also had Roules (spelling?) Like a spring roll, creamed chicken and veggies ina crepe and deep fried. Thai tea was nice and creamy, not too sweet! Read more
could be so much better. tired and dirty behind the counter and around the two indoor ?dining? tables. passable food lacking the... nuanced flavors of indonesian cooking. moderately sized portions adequately presented. runny peanut sauce on the gado-gado, nextto no tofu in the fried rice as my ?meat? choice. otherwise bland and unimaginative food and cooking, it?s was more chinese thanindonesian. The store selling a lot of Indonesian product, but the foods, nothing like it. Read more
