I don't normally eat Arby's but I decided to go there today. I ordered a large root beer and when the lady gave me my drink I... took a sip and it tasted like seltzer water with a hint of root beer like they needed to change the syrup out so I asked thelady nicely if I could have a Dr pepper instead and let her know why. She then told me no they don't take drinks back and it isrootbeer. I asked her again nicely and she gave me a dirty look and got me a Medium Dr pepper.... I guarantee it wouldn't ofbeen an issue to take my drink back and get me a new one ANYWHERE else. Read more
I would put no stars honestly. I just went here and asked for roast beef with no bread. Just roast beef and told them several... times. Came to find out they had given me two roast beef and cheddars. I had just called to confront them about it and a ladyanswered. She didn?t say anything and then hung up. Read more
Did not take online orders. Did not honor any Arby app coupons, drive through (2 cars) took a very long time, order was wrong... and couple sandwiches that were paid for were not included in bag. Do not recommend at all. Go to another place. Read more
First time to this Arby's it was nothing special. I did ask for 4 of each the Arby's and horsey sauce packets. Well they didn't... listen so one of my sandwiches only got 1 sauce packet, it was so dry i couldnt eat it all. Read more
I would never recommend eating at this place . I was eating my food and notice a big white lint in my food . Took it out and... then noticed a piece of hair on my bun .. I then proceeded to call and ask for manager one girl handed the phone to anotherlady .. who was doing the drive through who kept yelling in the phone anything else I said I would like to speak to the manager..then finally spoke to the male manager who did not let me get one word in said I need to bring the whole sandwich back .. wellhere u go u all should be fired. This place has an amazing burger that has meats not traditionally seen on burgers, tasted amazing and had good service. Overall... would recommend you to try it at least once. Read more
