This was the first time i've been back in a long time. The food was amazing. We started out by ordering sodas 2 diet pepsi and... a regular pepsi. They came and were flat. Server took them back and it qas lacking CO2. We ordered Alfredo sauce with breadsticks. and Alfredo sauce was cold. Server took it back brought it back hot. We had a party of four 3 adults in one child. Weordered riblets taste like MC Donalds Ribletts and fiesta lime chicken very dry, It was just ok. We also ordered cheese sticksthey were good. I?m not sure why today at 7:59 wed Aug 31st the entire location smells like raw sewage. Today is my husbands birthday and we... ordered to go and the moment we walked in to get the food we had to wait and as were smelling the sky wondering what the heck weare smelling we asked another customer??is it just me or does it ?? and before my husband finished asking the person cut us offand said ?YES THE FOOD DONT EVEN TASTE RIGHT ? I only come for happy hour. The restaurant smells like the bathroom and my girls drink was half slushie half liquid. The food is... poor quality. im just a cheap drunk the bar tender let me order over and over shots it made up for everything.look how dirty thebar is Read more
First time at this location. Bf and I found a seat at the bar. The bartender...I think he spoke all of 5 words to us all night?... Which isn't a huge deal but it definitely gave me the impression that ordering anything was a bother to him. We ordered 2drinks, an appetizer and 2 entrees. Drinks were good. Appetizer came out quickly but it took us a while to get silverware andnapkins from the bartender because it was impossible to get his attention. The guy was definitely struggling to manage thespace. The bar top itself was covered with the dirty dishes of prior customers and the surface was sticky. One other staffmember came by to "help" and only managed to wipe down one small area in front of 1 chair and then walked away, leaving thedirty rag and spray cleaner sitting there. He never went back for it. I took a picture of the dirty plate that sat there next tous for the entire time we were there. I didn't get water I asked for. Terrible service...... Just look at the photos I took, tell me in you're own honest personal opinion, does it look or appear to... be busy? And for a Friday at that also..... They aren't even that busy, there's plenty of tables that are open thats clearlyvisible to us and everyone else that is waiting (2 separate party's of 5-6 guests total) and as you can see in the photos itsnot busy.. but we're being told there's a 30 to 40 minute wait to be seated. Keep in mind there are multiple tables open andunoccupied on both sides of the restaurant. So I then ask "can we sit at the bar?"(seeing as there's 6-8 chairs that are open)The host says No because the bar tender has to serve the bar and a section of the the restaurant where a few people are alreadyseated. (Keep in mind how "Busy" it is *Wink Wink*) At this point I'm highly upset and I end up responding with "What does thathave to do me?" Plus the bar is only half full as stated prior. We all said screw it, We (and 3 other parties that were waitingand another couple walking up) went across the street to Chillis, and all said screw Applebee's. Read more
Very disappointed. It took 25 minutes for them to take our drink order and the appetizer to meal was bad. The staff they have is... not pleasant at all. I won?t be back to this location. We asked the chips be topped off and the waitress laughed walked away andstarted cleaning a booth. When the food came (we never heard more about the chips) my quesadilla had NO QUESO!! Our drinks wereNEVER refilled even though we asked several times. There are 8 parties of 6 or fewer and 6 staff in the dining room but it tookover an hour from seating to food coming out. We ordered 2 bowls and an appetizer as a meal. The bowl was supposed to come witha breadstick when it never came I asked where the breadstick is and that same waitress that laughed about the chips advised methey are out and have been for awhile with an attitude like I should have known. The food was cold. They fell off. This used tobe the spot to go!! The managers excuse for the poor service was ?people have gotten meaner since COVID? I was pleasant so thatexcuse didn?t fly. Good food, reasonable price, good lemonade, but super understaffed. The restaurant was only around half filled and we had to... wait about 35 minutes for a seat of two. More waiting after being seated. Read more
I love Applebee's food I had the whiskey bacon burger with the house salad with honey mustard dressing. I will definitely order... this again. Read more
