Just disappointing behavior by the manager and all employees. Calling my friend back to throw her allergy in her face and force... her to pay for two new rolls when YOU made the mistake. Completely uncalled for. Not only is your restaurant completelyunsanitary but completely disrespectful. If you have an allergy, do not go here, if you want good sushi, go somewhere else.Super disappointing and hope they do FAR BETTER with customer service in the future. We will not be going back here. Probably one of the better ramen places in Saco / Biddeford but that's probably not saying much. You will get better in Portland... for only marginally more money. The Good: Ramen places are kind of rare so it was nice to see one. Service was good. TheMeh: The food was okay but was not expecting beef ramen to have a sweet ish taste. Almost like there was a kind of sweet soysauce used in it rather than more traditional broth. The Bad: None. Read more

The sushi is fresh and absolutely delicious! We love getting the bento box and feel that is a great value for the amount of food... you get! The bento box is also a great way to go if you want to try a little bit of everything. The service is good and therealways seems to be busy with people dining in and takeout orders! The atmosphere is nothing special, but I don?t really careabout that because the food is great! I would highly recommend Jin! Read more

The Bento box is the best deal. The rolls are outstanding. I'm not sure why I like Ben Kay in Portland more than Jin, but it may... be the freshness of the fish. The ramen is excellent but be prepared for tripe. I wasn't expecting that texture to the proteins.Wonderful flavor to the broth. Read more

Very cute little asian spot with better menu options than most. These are the chicken and pork steamed buns. Wish the seating... area was roomier, another guest complained that he could overhear our party of 8 talking, but the dining room is the size of asmall kitchen. Read more

I absolutely love coming to this place. Sushi has always been my comfort food and this place definitely hits the right spots.... The location may not be the best, but the drive is definitely worth it. I was surprised to hear that the owner makes his ownramen noodles, but I can see why after trying the Jin and the Nanban. 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants good quality sushi orramen. Read more
