My daughter and I had sandwiches today and mine was horrible. I ordered Turkey bacon lettuce tomato on sourdough. The bread was... so soggy I could eat it the bacon so under cooked I almost throw up. Some how they forgot the lettuce and then they heated itall which made the tomatoes mushy. My daughter's sandwich was passable. and $28 later I had to remake my sandwich using my breadand lettuce. I love this local very friendly cafe. Great and unique beverage choices, local art, baked goods and delicious sandwiches. ... Small outdoor seating area. Small intimate inside dining space for meeting with friends and coworkers, etc. Read more
Cia has been around in Saco for a while. Their food is good, but a bit pricey. I will only go here occasionally due to their... prices. Their hours are strange and they never seem to be open on the weekends. They have a large menu of sandwiches and drinks.Their cafe has a great variety of local trinkets and art. Been coming for years!! I love this place. I am a zero waste enthusiast and it?s hard for certain shops to refill my own coffee... mug for ?sanitary reasons?. This morning I experienced eye rolling and short responses and repeated offerings of a plastic cup.I didn?t feel understood or respected. It put a bad taste in my mouth. Finally I was able to order chai and have it poured intomy mug. It?s unfortunate that my experience was ruined from two girls not willing to be patient and understanding. Read more
This is my third time here and every time I?ve been impressed! I always get the mocha iced latte and it?s perfect. ?The Maple?... (sausage, egg, cheese, thin apple slices, maple butter) is incredible and the perfect amount of food to start the day! The staffis super friendly, always seem happy to be there. Food is good. But expensive for what you're getting. I mean come on. Throw in a few chips or a pickle to go along with my $10... sandwich. They don't take cash. Which is perplexing. I have only been there once so far and plan on going back all the time. Customer service amazing, clean as all hell, beautiful... art and awesome things extra to purchase and the coffee well I don't half to tell you about the coffee just get a cup the tastespeaks to you. The food is actually better than before. The employees seem Happier under new ownership. The only negative is the coffee is not... so good anymore. Hope they change back to better coffee. Would then give them 5 stars. Read more
