I literally drove off without ordering the last time I... was there because of the pure ignorance I received from the woman working the drive thru. This is just McDonald's, so you know what you are getting. That gets it a default 3 stars for predicability. Don't look at... McDonald's reviews expecting someone to be surprised that the food is sub-par (lol). The extra star is for generally goodservice and one of the employees going out of his way to check on us and several others multiple times. Keep up the good workand I hope they appreciate you! We stopped for dinner after a very hot and long day. Order dinner and milkshakes and they got us through the drive-thru line... quickly . Our order was correct and they through an extra french fries for our dog. Read more
One of the faster McDonald's in Morgantown, majority of the time your order is correct, usually fresh except the fries. I always... order off the App and do curbside pick up. Longest I've waited on an order was 7 minutes I can deal with that. Read more
Took awhile. The app wasn't working properly. Not everything was showing up as available on Rewards. They had to change the milk... in Mocha machine and nobody knew how to prime it. Took about 26 min total between ordering and waiting for food in a pull uparea for pick up. Read more
