Service was terrible! Waitress walked by the table 6 times and didn't refill drinks. We had pasta which was cold! They brought... it out first. Took 15 minutes to get a sandwich and breadsticks. Sandwich was cold and thrown together. It is sad because whenwe first ate there a few months ago it was excellent food and service but the last 2 times it has just been worse each timewe've gone in. the staff was horrible they all were playing around when they brought our salad their was hardly anything on them.they brought... another tablesnthey had croutons on theirs and crackers the floors were nasty.when we sat down it took awhile because these 2ladys came in and they waited on them first because they new them.paper menus we will not go their again it will be marysvilleor hiawathas they need sabetha cleaned up and better staff. This Pizza Hut is better than back home. The cheese & sauce covers the whole pizza. Great food. Good service, the only hang up... was the sweet tea, had to get unsweet & add sugar cause the sweet tea had a wang to it. Read more
The pizza is good and affordable though half the time they don't get the order right. Like a pepperoni pizza that's supposed to... be stuff crust that comes to your door as thin and crispy..... Yeah you got your pizza but not what you ordered. Read more
We are in town working and we ordered pizza and salad. It was perfect!! We ever got it delivered. Our girl on the phone was... pleasant and I could tell she was in training but she was very professional. No complaints here!! Read more
Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut in the world. Order 3 sandwiches and some pizza. They got 2 out of 3 sandwiches wrong. We called,... they said they would fix it, got there, they were sarcastic, rude, lied about who the manager was, they shut the grills down andsaid they would have to use different chicken. In the end they forgot 1 of the sandwiches again and were closed before we couldgo back again? Read more
The food is great, that?s not the problem. Majority of the staff here are extremely rude! There?s absolutely no reason for it,... they just are! I got curbside pickup (they don?t have signs to tell you where to park) and when she brought my food out to me,she made sure to complain that she couldn?t see my car, I apologized and told her I wasn?t sure where to park because thereweren?t any signs. My Buffalo salad was delicious, and my mother enjoyed the barbeque beef pizza. And our waitress was also a real sweetheart.
