Came for mobile order. That's all I'll do at this location as it's incredibly slow and disorganized. Was in just before 3:30pm... Sunday Oct 23.. ladies bathroom was dirty and out of soap. Went to handicap bathroom in hopes to find soap but also out of soap.Gross and unacceptable. Read more

Disgusted!!!! found a long greyish/purple hair in my strawberry cream chill. Had to throw the whole thing out, waste if... money. Staff was also extremely rude. I suggest going to a different tim hortons. I'd give zero stars!!! Read more

Excellent staff, prompt and professional service. The staff and service is one of the best for the Victoria Tim Hortons store. I... would like to especially comment on your employee Mamta. I just had an incredibly unpleasant experience with a lady that works at this Tim Hortons name Marion. I come very often to this... Tim Hortons as I live about a 15 minute walk away. I will usually come to this location about 3 days a week (at least) to grab atea and something to eat. I always ask for a double cup on my tea as I get it black and the cup and the sleeve on their own isnot enough to control the heat on my hand. I have never had an issue asking for this. That is until today. I asked one of theworkers if I could have a double cup, Marion jumped in and said, very rudely, no. I was pretty taken aback and all she had tosay was that it was costing the store too much to be giving double cups out. I can understand that, I would've been happy to pay5 cents for the cup as they were apparently loosing so much money, even though I paid $2.11 for my tea, which I think would bemore than enough to cover a double cup if I needed it. However she just left and told me I had to just deal with a sleeve. Ihope Marion can understand that although your restaurant has apparently been loosing so much money on cups, because howincredibly unpleasant this experience was and the attitude I got from Marion, you will now be loosing a regular customer. I ammore than happy to get my tea now from the McDonald's across the parking lot. Read more

Unfriendly service - void of anything beyond what a robot or self order station could do. But looking past that - the Bagel... Belt was the saddest looking thing I ever had to eat at any Timmys. I?ve attached a photo of the compost ready lettuce. It wasmissing ingredients as well. My wife and daughter?s breakfast sandwiches were also made wrong. With unfriendly service, do youreally want to go up and try to get the sandwiches remade? Read more

Does not deserve a one star. This is probably the filthiest Tim's I have ever been too. There is no drive thru at this... location, which is just fine. I like to go inside. There were 5-6 staff on duty. Our cashier ( adult male) had not idea howto operate the order system. The hit chocolate machine was burping powder out. The staff were all moving about 1/2 speed ifthat. The floors Filthy. Bathroom disgusting. Tables sticky. I have many picture to prove my point if anyone interested. Myrecommendation is to the owners and managers. Clean up your act or sell it to someone else. Read more
