Consistently poor customer service. Since my average wait in the drive thru is 7-10 minutes I went inside today due to the long... drive line. I stood at the counter as the only customer inside and waited for three minutes (yes I timed it) to be ignored byfive people behind the counter. Worst service ever. When I first moved here, I liked this DD location because it was the closest one to my house, but every time... I go, my coffee is made wrong. So I?m ended up in middle of Rutland anyways to go to a different DD to get my coffee remadecorrectly. It seems like these young employees were not trained correctly. Not only is my coffee made incorrectly literallyevery single time I go, the food I order is not cooked/heated up all the way. I ordered hash browns and all 3 orders were stillfrozen in the middle. Since then, I have stopped going to this location and have decided driving the extra 7 miles to the otherDD is well worth the trip.
