Consistently poor customer service. Since my average wait in the drive thru is 7-10 minutes I went inside today due to the long... drive line. I stood at the counter as the only customer inside and waited for three minutes (yes I timed it) to be ignored byfive people behind the counter. When I asked out loud if all five of them intended to continue to ignore me this was confirmedby all five of them continuing to ignore me. Time to retrain your employees Dunkin' Read more

This is the 2-3 time that west street morning shift dunkin has messed up on my or my friends order and we are at work so it?s... not like we can go in for a new one. either foods cold or we don?t get what we asked for like ice coffee instead of hot orfrozen coffee isn?t frozen or we get the wrong size ect I am fed up with it and when I call they say they will try better nexttime that they are understaffed but that?s bull because I worked there and when we where understaffed we still got everybody?sorder correct this needs to stop I know they don?t care but I?m not going to them I?ll get McDonald?s or keep coffee at work orsomething because I?ve been nice and let it slide but this is now the 2-3 time enough is enough train your staff better or hirenew staff that can actually make a coffee correctly when I ask for a hot coffee it?s because I want HOT not iced because ittastes gross to me when my friend wants a frozen coffee she wants it FROZEN we want the food NOT cold and we want the RIGHTSIZES we ask for Read more

Worst service ever. When I first moved here, I liked this DD location because it was the closest one to my house, but every time... I go, my coffee is made wrong. So I?m ended up in middle of Rutland anyways to go to a different DD to get my coffee remadecorrectly. It seems like these young employees were not trained correctly. Not only is my coffee made incorrectly literallyevery single time I go, the food I order is not cooked/heated up all the way. I ordered hash browns and all 3 orders were stillfrozen in the middle. Since then, I have stopped going to this location and have decided driving the extra 7 miles to the otherDD is well worth the trip.
