Stopped and ate at this location twice within the past few months. My waitress was Angie both times & she was by far the best... waitress I've ever had at any Waffle House. However, both times I was there, another waitress, named Star I believe, was beingquite rude to Angie & didn't mind showing it in front of all the customers. Hopefully this little waitress is fired for treatingher fellow coworkers in such a way. Read more

I used rest room and asked . for drinks and I mentioned I was living out of my car cause I was... evicted by gralon Boyd because I kept him from beating on mentally and physically brother and wasn't charged for drink. this my 2nd time coming to this place my 1st experience was wonderful shoutout to the hard workers!!?? but my 2nd time was the... worst whoever Hunter is need to be trained properly or whatever i asked to a add on she refused to do it in her words she don?tknow how to price it when she really could?ve called someone or asked another worker she gave off attitudes! no offense nottryna be rude but if you don?t know to calculate then that job ain?t for you! February 26th, 2022 - After calling the Forest City location & getting a recording telling me they were unable to take call in... orders to please come in and place my order - I drove there only to find a sign on the door saying " Dine in only "....Frustratedly, I called the Rutherfordton to get the same recorded message. Drove from FC WH to Rutherford WH - went in , placedmy order. They were BUSY. Basically every table was full. Bar had 4 seats open. There were 2 waitresses that were pleasant &one VERY unpleasant, rude one - claiming she'd worked there since October ( so she is obviously superior inside this WH locationas her attitude seemed to portray. ) to some customers, whom were cursing at one of the waitresses. I've been to this locationfor MANNNNNNNY years. My food was delicious. I will return. I will recommend. Hopefully the waitresses can sort out whateverthe issue was that day.
