Food was about as expected. The service and professionalism of the employees was not so great. There was an employee in the back... of the kitchen yelling at employee on break in the dining are who was passing messages to someone on the phone. This continuedfrom when we arrived to until we got our food. There was an extra wait for the chicken my wife ordered and they mentioned wings.We agreed to the wing substitution but assumed more than two wings would be given to replace the two piece, we were wrong. Wewere not provided napkins. I went to the counter to get napkins and ask if two for two was an equivalent substitution. I waiteda couple minutes for any acknowledgement. While waiting none of the employees that were not taking an order stopped to ask if Ineeded something. Once the lady on the register finished I was assisted and they did offer two more wings. Couldn?t believe what I experienced today. First my online order was not ready, had to wait 15 minutes. They barely had any... chicken, dude in the back cooking the chicken was VAPING. My man. Won?t go there ever again! Health department needs to go inthere. This location was never this disorganized and it was not busy, no excuses! Read more

I had a coupon for 10 pieces of chicken (or tenders), 5 biscuits, 2 large sides.... the server mistakenly gave me chicken... pieces instead of tenders that I requested, but I noticed and he fixed it.... but I never got my 5 biscuits, and he gave me aquarter full coleslaw.... very disappointing??.... of course I was home already when I discovered no biscuits.... and the 10tenders were actually 5 tenders and 5 tiny hard bits of coating... Terrible service on the drive thru. I asked for 2 jalapeños once I got to the window. And all that the young girl ... responded was "no". Without any explanation. I even had to asked her why I couldn't order the jalapeños. She respondedwith an attitude "we are out of them " I wasn't asking for free food.
