I've been to Fiorentini several times before and the food has always been great but my recent visit was by far the best... experience I've had. Our server Brenda provided 5 star service and the food we had was excellent. The Ribeye I ordered wascooked perfectly and the Chef came over to our table to make sure our food was prepared to perfection. That type of customerservice goes a long way. Beyond expectations of amazing!!! You would be hard pressed to find a young couple more deserving of your patronage. The back... story is a young couple that grew up in Florence, Italy only to meet in NYC. The love is imminent in the food, service anddesign. The open ?honest? kitchen is very welcoming. What an amazing place with delicious food and great ambiance. We went for Mothers Day and had grilled octopus, one of the best... risotto I have ever had (seafood), and my wife had a special rose pasta with truffle that was amazing. There was a schedulingmixup however they were extremely accommodating and welcoming. The couple who owns this restaurant are from Florence and haveshared authentic Italian cuisine in Rutherford!
