I have been to dozens of Pilots/Flying J?s, this one stands out as one of the best. Staff is courteous and friendly. Bathrooms... and showers kept up. I even observed a manager out raking and touching up the paint on the curbs. Beautiful. All around greatstop! Read more
Stopped for gas. The food inside looked good. There was 5 gallon buckets full of windshield washing liquid and long reach... wipers. Easy in and out if you've got a trailer for gas as well as diesel. Read more
You guys need to fix these fuel pumps. I was just on a pump where the satellite pump doesn't work unless you push it in and... there are two bolts that could easily just be screwed in to fix it. You realize that you're losing money if somebody can feel uptheir second fuel tank right? I really get frustrated when I go to fuel pumps and there's something broken with the fuel pump. Read more
Pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was and how friendly the staff were despite it being very busy. Nice selection of... grab and go foods. Things seem to be stocked even though many, many customers were there. I was especially happy with theselection of fresh fruit available. They have peeled mandarins, grapes, and other fruit ready to go in convenient containers. They also had hot food available and plenty of drink options. Read more
Was in line and a man in front of was discussing a stolen bag of his to the manager (it had chips and a drink he had just... purchased) the manager was an older man, white hair, balding. The manager was soo rude to this man. He was scolding him in frontof all the customers and told him not to leave his stuff ?laying around? again and to ?go?. He could have just said, ?ya knowthere?s not much I can do. My apologies.? But he screamed at him and waved him away like a bug. He is still a payingcustomer. This pilot is one of the best I've been in the whole country such an amazing array of everything from massage chairs to showers... to food and beverages home cook meals ,restaurants, I think this is hands-down a five-star pilot. They have so so many optionsit's hard to choose it even has clothing, knick knacks, souvenirs for the kids and family .If you're thinking about stopping,and you're tired, pull over at this pilot it's well worth it have a good trip drive safe. One of the best Pilot/Flying J locations in the country. Been stopping here for years. Staff has always been friendly. Always... clean, neat and orderly. Plenty of parking for trucks with a very large front lot accommodating bobtails, RV's and cars. Theplace is always well lit at night. Read more
