Worst customer service I?ve ever had. Went through the drive through and waited at the speaker for 7 minutes while there was... around 8 cars behind me? drove up to the window to see what was going on and the lady was counting change, saw me at the windowand didn?t come to the window for another 2-3 minutes. I asked if there was something wrong with the speaker to which shereplies ?no it works but as you could see I was busy counting my change?? unbelievable. To which she then said ?I can?t takeyour order here you will have to get back in line, should have been more patient with me?. Will never go to that WhatABurgerever again. Read more
The bacon and cheese burger was delicious! Fries also taste great, with good tasteful seasoning. Their bathrooms however were... not good. Do not use this as your rest stop! The staff was very nice however and service was fast. Read more
The service is absolutely terrible. I feel like they?ll eventually go under without stepping up their speed at getting orders... out. Food is great, but waiting in the drive through line for 45 minutes to an hour is ridiculous. Not to mention the linewasn?t even full. Get some speed and service like Chick Fil A and this establishment will go places. Read more
Place is fine but it is incredibly slow. Not sure how it can take over 30 minutes to make 2 burgers but somehow they managed... it. It's almost like they intentionally work at being as slow as possible. Read more
Decided to come in for our 1st time, so glad we stopped ! We are from Florida & don?t have whataburgers, so we had to try it !... The lady behind the counter was really polite as was everyone else that worked there today ! Restaurant was clean & so were thebathrooms.. Great job ???? Read more
Burgers are good and filling but they are no longer giving senior drinks which was one reason to stop , I always was given a... senior drink cup when asked but not anymore so I may start looking for a new place for lunch as a senior on social securitydisability every dollar counts, hopefully they will be kind enough to bring it back! I?m really at a loss for words with this experience. Simple order, #1 Whataburger w/ mayo, and onion rings. Simple simple simple... and not only did y?all apparently lose my order and keep me in the drive through lane while I watch everyone drive by, youfinally get this ?simple order? out to me. Except?.. with fries! Not the onion rings I paid for. Now when I hand the food backthrough the window and wait more, I finally examine my burger. Mayo not mustard was my order. I ordered through the app and it said my order would be ready between 12:40-12:45. There is no check in button when picking up... from the counter. I walk in at 12:41 and tell them I have a mobile order. The guy goes to look at a screen and comes back totell me there is no order with my name. I then show him my mobile order receipt. He goes to the back again and I didn?t see himagain for almost 10 mins. By then it was past 12:45. He comes back and sees that I?m still standing at the counter and is supernervous. He then looks at the screen again and at 12:52 my order just then popped up on the screen. I receive my order shortlyafter that and I take it to the car. I open up the burger and it?s a hot mess. Lettuce is falling out and there was more sauceon the package than the burger. I haven?t had an issue with the app when going to other whataburgers so maybe their system wasglitchy. The burger on the other hand could?ve been put together much better though. I?m not saying I won?t ever go back, but Iwon?t be going back anytime in the near future. Read more
