Absolutely awful experience with the day manager here. Extremely rude when I was trying to fix my order. I understand if... employees are rude since they're paid peanuts, but a manager should be at least courteous. One of the employees also told methey would reserve the food that I was giving back after I had already went through it all checking if it was mine. Disgusting. Read more

We went inside to dine and order our food. I waited a long time standing at the counter and was totally ignoredas I stood at the... counter to order.. The workers were working the drive in window and would not even look our way. Finally after a few minutes, Ithem if we had to go through the drive thou to get waited on. I was told I had to order on the inside kiosk if I wanted food.Okay I thought, so I ordered on the kiosk and waited several more minutes, NOTHING. While we waited patiently for our foodanother person came in, stood at the counter ordered their food and was waited on and received their order without a problem.So, wondering, I went to the counter and ask about our order. I told them that I HAD ordered it, and it had been ordered and ourfood paid for several minutes ago. Then after waiting a little longer, our food finally came. I told the employee that I wassorry and that I was not trying to be a problem, she practically threw the food at me and never even said a word. The wholesituation made me feel really weird. I tried to be polite through the whole process, never raised my voice or acted rude in anyway. I hate prejudice and repudiate it in any form against anyone in any way. I hope it wasn't for that reason. I hate it and Ifeel bad for any person of any race that has ever faced it or felt it in any way. Read more

Don?t come here. We were told we had to use a kiosk and we only had cash and didn?t have our card. We made a mobile order... instead and Krystal Buggs and her staff can get an order correct. My crunch wrap was supposed to have light sour cream andtomatoes and there wasn?t any. Then our potato was supposed was supposed to have light sour cream and there was none. Theydidn?t give us our fries or tacos and we drove all the way home(20 minutes away) when I tried calling about the order no onewould answer the phone. So I decided to drive back and then Krystal Buggs the manager was very rude and gave us a number to calland was no longer of any assistance. Read more

had to take back the steak quesadilla back to be remade no meat on half of it and the Mexican pizza tasted bad had to take it... back also so I would go to the location on hwy 33 is much better than this one much fresher fixings and faster service also ,soif you need your burrito or taco ???? fix I would go there Read more

I should have taken a picture of the burrito too, I thought I?d let it go and then I get to this quesadilla not even cut all the... way through and hardly anything in it. Food is consistently under made and if they mail you coupons for their mess up thislocation doesn?t accept them. Read more

Service sucked.. 2 people at the register when I walked in.. both walked away when they seen me.. both look like they had... attitude neither acknowledged me..waited for close to 10 minutes before I had to get someone attention to take my order.. when Igot my order both of my double decker's supreme where made incorrectly.. one had no tomatoes and sour cream and and the otherwas missing the sour cream.. this is worst than the one I go to in Atlanta..
