Service here was horrible. First, the person taking my order got it wrong. When I pressed the button to inform them and make... sure i was getting what I originally ordered, the person that answered had an attitude. Then the worker that brought my food outhad an attitude. She allegedly went inside to swipe my card but came back out with no receipt. When I asked about it she had anattitude talking about ?it didn?t give a receipt?. My bank sends me a text message anytime a transaction is made on my debitcard. After she ?swiped? my card inside, I did not get an alert. I checked my bank statement and it doesn?t show a transactioneither. I will be monitoring my account and if I see any activity that indicates my card information was fraudulently obtainedand used, I will be filing a police report against this particular employee. Probably the worst sonic I?ve ever been to. I?ve lived here for over a year and every single time I go to this sonic it takes... over 10 minutes just for a drink. Ordering food is a whole different story, I?ve waited for 30 minutes before just for a chickensandwich. They are very inefficient considering it?s ?fast food? Read more

On sept.10 pulled up made my order did not put my debit card in machine to pay for order because of bab experiences this young... female comes out with my order I give h on her to come back went to another car, then the same again when she went back in thebuilding again I followed her knocked and open asked can I get my card please, she said you don?t have to get an attitude Isaid you don?t have to keep my card probably getting my infor I also know they are short handed I feel like you could havebought my card back I will not got back there anymore Read more

The manager and staff on duty on Aug. 15th at 8pm is outstanding, I hope this crew continues to work there. The quality of every... bit of the experience has improved so much. Been in Ruston for 2 years and the last few months of Sonic is Top Notch and a majorimprovement. Can't say enough good stuff about it. Read more

Always get bad service here at this location... until today! Ms Airianna ( sorry if its misspelled) was absolutely wonderful!... That girl deserves a raise for sure! Had trouble with the speaker so instead she walked out and personally took our order! Offthe top of her head. The order was perfect! Was polite and smiling through the whole ordeal! Lived in ruston over 10 yrs andthat was the best service ive seen out of this location!! Read more

My car hop was extremely nice and efficient. I actually sat in my stall to eat my breakfast. My car carhop's name was Dae. Job... well done Dae. Each time he came out with an order he had a big smile. Read more

Ordered three drinks took 30 minutes to get them after the lady taking my order was very rude and kept asking ?is that it? after... every word I said. The carhop was rude and then hands us drinks all covered in ice cream with no napkins asked for napkins andhe proceeds to go inside and start taking other orders out. Wild. Read more
