Went to this restaurant to pick up diner through the drive thru. Ordered there tailgate special. Did this on Dec 5, 2022 at... about 5:15 pm. Drive thru employee told me the had just filled 3 of the same thing I was going to order, and they had completelyhad run out of chicken and could not fill my order. If I wanted to wait 25 min they would have more chicken. I was using thedrive thru, I didn't have plans to wait. This is about the third bad experience I have had with this restaurant. The fried chicken is always good but sadly my husband and I decided to try the chicken sandwich meal and the chicken was dry and... overcooked to almost being burnt. The fries were also dry and overcooked. Will never try the dry chicken sandwich again!! Whenyou pay these prices you expect it to be good!!!! Nothing like the pictures for sure!!!! I?ve never had this experience with Bojangles in my life. I got here at 2:11 pm and granted I got 20 pieces of chicken I was... like ?Okay? when I was asked to pull up and wait. About 20 minutes goes by and an employee comes by and tells us she was toldthey had just now dropped chicken so it?s going to be an additional 20 minutes. I think about 12 orders have been served and Igot my food at 2:50 pm finally. It took another 7 minutes to give me a ?receipt.? You can see I was in the drive thru so I wasoutside for 39 minutes. As a whole I like bojangles. But this store has proven that they do not have it. Staff are friendly enough. But actually... getting an order right or timely is not their specialty. Waited over 10 minutes today just for a biscuit that I never received. Maybe it would come out eventually but 5 minutes at the window before they moved me up to wait only 2 more minutes that turnedinto 5 more minutes. I had to make a decision between waiting on a single biscuit or being on time for my destination. I couldbake the biscuit in the time it took waiting they don't take that long in the oven. They also didn't have large cups fordrinks. If you are looking for sit down make your snack from scratch, this is your location. And again, the staff werefriendly. Just not efficient. Read more
Cleanest fast food restaurant I've been in. People were friendly I felt like they truly cared. Christian music playing I felt at... home. Food was good I would go back again. Oh I forgot to order my drink and one of the people working there bought me one! Read more
Slow service, but they were trying as hard as they could. Food was good. I've never had Bojangles before, so this was a 1st time... for me. Had the cajun chicken biscuit w tots n got a sweet potato pie too. Read more
Horrible. Father described it as a ?clown show.? 40 minute wait for breakfast because they ran out of biscuits. Did not give a... receipt after paying and then had everyone that was waiting?s tickets mixed up (over 15 people waiting 40 minutes). The sweettea was labeled incorrectly and turns out there was no sweet tea at all (had to dump two drinks). Several customers went up toask what was going on VERY politely or ask for a wait time so they would know if they should wait or get a refund and they wererudely ignored. Worst bojangles in the area. Only two cars in front of me and took almost 25 minutes to get through the line. THEN they made me... move to curbside to wait for my food. Ruins the whole point of a DRIVE through. Save your time and money and go to McDonald?snext door. Read more
