No matter what, when I try a new taco bell location I'm either extremely happy with the experience or completely let down.... Russellville taco bell was in the middle. The service was great, person in drive thru window was sincere and nice but when wegot to the food we were let down a little. You could tell the food wasn't kept up, the beef was completely dry. The veggiesweren't kept cold and the burritos we got weren't wrapped right so they fell apart. Idk if there were new people and thetrainers weren't watching properly or they were just in a rush....anyways. not a horrible experience but definitely can dobetter! Update: I'd like to make a point anyone in fast food would agree with. Coupons do not always fix a problem with slowservice. An apology goes a long way. Read more
Got the Mexican pizza combo. No taco sauce offered and none in the bag. Food just ok - even for Taco Bell.
Today was my first time to eat inside and the food was terrific!
Visited today & can't say enough good things. Staff seemed to be doing an awesome, efficient job. Food was hot, fresh, and... delicious! They had to close the lobby while we were there. I think they were short staffed and I applaud their decision. Ireally appreciate a restaurant working hard to keep things clean & to keep us safe from germs. (This review above was writtenlast year sometime but I still have nice things to say. I didn't realize that I never clicked the post button.) For my mostrecent visit on Saturday (08-20-2022) I will say that the new Grilled Cheese Burrito & the Brisk Mango Tea is awesome! Wecouldn't get enough of it. Can't wait to try that Mango Freeze & see if it is as good. The food was all good. Love the newcardboard sleeves they put the hard shell tacos in. The Power Bowl with Grilled Chicken, No Sour Cream, & Extra Avacado Sauce. It is my go to & I highly recommend it. Also, we were greeted right away by one nice young man who offered to take our orderwhen ready (didn't catch his name but he was very pleasant) . We don't like using the self-order screens. Then another youngman came out to take our order. I have seen him at this location for a few years now & it is nice to see a familiar face. Heis usually very friendly & helpful. My receipt says Derek C but I'm not sure of everyone's names there. I tend to choose TacoBell frequently & I have to say this location is usually always better than other towns we frequent or visit. Waited for 20 minutes after ordering to get my food. It was cold. The 4 hard shell tacos I ordered had about a Tablespoon of... meat on each one, lots of lettuce and about 4 strands of shredded cheese on each. Worst meal I ever got from taco bell! Wasn'tworth the almost 8 dollars I was charged. However the young lady that took my order and payment was very professional and verypleasant! Read more

Always good. They try to have everything done and ready in a timely manner, and always offer sauces.
