There was only 3 people working lobby was closed. Put in a order on the ap had to wait 20 plus min after driving there. With... that said the manager on duty was super nice if u hire her some help it will turn around I'm sure and pay them. food was freshand order was correct. Read more
For the past month, every time I've tried to go through drive thru I end up sitting for 10 minutes before they say anything.... Then they are rude employees who act like it's an inconvenience too serve you. I'm sorry but this is the job you accepted.Secondly, EVERY TIME they are out of burger meat or carbonation for soft drinks. In desperate need of new management/ownershipor shut down simple. Read more
drive thru doesn?t work? i waited 7 minutes then said ?hello..anyone there??. lady at the window was nice but she had not heard... my order correctly. when i got my to-go food there were no napkins or condiments but it was the cook maybe that brought it to mycar. Order total $25.63. ?Manager? I'm guessing by shirt, had a difficult time taking our order. She couldn't locate Bacon King on... her screen. Fine, I understand, sometimes we all have moments. I looked for a place to sit, ALL tables were dirty. They werebusy, so I just asked for a cloth to clean my table. Which I did happily. They were busy, 10 people in the place. Three sets ofpeople. When I opened my sandwich, I realized I forgot to order without ketchup and mayonnaise totally my fault. I go up and askfor napkins, one employee happily gives me four napkins, the ?manager? jerks two of the napkins back out of my hand. I tried toexplain I was going to wipe off the ketchup and mayonnaise because I forgot to order without. The other employee tried toexplain their was two people in my party. She was not having it, she jerked them back and put them in the dispenser behind thecounter. I notice online they claim to sanitize in between, I haven't seen anyone come out to clean tables the whole time I sathere typing this. Normally, I love Burger King, they're chicken fries are my favorite, however the Burger King in Russellville is pretty much an... epic fail... I hate writting bad reviews, in fact, I usually just don't write reviews on places that I have negative feed backabout, but this specific store is ridiculous! First of all, I've eaten there a total of 4 - 5 times, using the drive thru, & notonce did they get my order right. A couple times my food was too hard to eat, it's usually cold as well. On at least 2 differentoccasions the person taking my order was beyond rude & me asking for ketchup was just too much for the girl taking my order tohandle! You'd think I asked for her 1st born son! Not once have I ever gotten my dipping sauce in the bag, I've always had toeither go in & ask for it again or, due to COVID restrictions go back through the drive through. Personally, I won't ever beeating at this Burger King again. Read more
