Stayed here August 2022 for a wedding. Hotel room was clean and quite roomy (2 queen beds w/pull out couch). Hotel was quite... full but noise was low. Loved having our own outside entrance and a place to park our vehicle outside our door. The restaurantwas a little pricy but food was very good (loved the skillets). Service was good and quick. Portions were good too. Location isright off the main highway and right beside a gas station, very handy. Read more
Amazing, clean full service hotel in the small community of Russell. Excellent location with a restaurant inside the hotel and... Subway and Tim Hortons across the street, inside and outside access to your room for easy loading of your luggage. Pool,waterside and hot tub were clean and in good working order. Room a little dated but they have the best mattresses I have slepton in a hotel ever. Read more
Paulette gave me some of the worst service I have ever received as a guest in motel. I felt as if I was burden when asking for... simple directions to the vending machines, when I went to the vending machines I found that my 20 dollar bill was not acceptedand I had to go back for change. She again made sure I knew I was bothering her just for asking for change to use the machinethen gave me what I needed. Once I finally got what I needed from the machine I went back to my room to find out my key card didnot work. This minor inconvenience was only made worse by knowing I needed to see her again for help to get into my room.Honestly the worst service I have ever received. Read more
They were able to accommodate short notice booking. Room was aged but everything we needed was there for me my wife and 3 kids.... Ac worked beautifully. We did have an issue with the smoke detector going off on the middle of the night? we were told we needto move rooms at 2:30 in the morning. The lady on the phone sounded annoyed with us? we were moved to the inner suites which wasnicer. Maybe it was just a bad night but the person on the phone and front desk when paying were not very personable. Read more
Nice and clean. Rooms are a little old but are clean! . All the rooms are pet friendly which is nice. Lots of grass around (and... mosquitoes!!!!! Bring your bug spray). But the A/C wasn?t working very much and the room was very HOT ????. Even the dogs werepanting. But overall its a nice and clean spot to stop! Read more
I would like to thank Maureen for her compassionate and friendly service. She truly went above and beyond with finding a room... for me and my son. We were travelling for a family emergency and she helped us get into a room as quickly as possible after along night of driving. It made a world of difference for us to rest. The room was nice and clean and the beds were verycomfortable. I hope to be able to visit again and enjoy a longer stay under better circumstances. Checkout was easy and quick.Thank you. Read more
Very nice comfortable and spacious room. Bed and pillows were super comfy and lots of bedding, actually feel the weight cause... usually I freeze in rooms not enough bedding but here was awesome. Loved everything about it I would just recommend a fan inbathroom that?s it. Read more
