They get more order wrong about 90 percent of the time. Be sure to carefully check you order before leaving the drive... through. The food is typical Taco Bell, the staff is friendly but if they slowed down just a bit to get the orders right thefirst time, they would save time, money, and would increase customer satisfaction. One visit they messed up my order 3 times ina row. And please know I am only ordering a couple of items and not a difficult order and really I am not a difficult person. But 3 times in a row including them accidentally giving my order to another customer whose order was also being remade. It wasalmost laugh out loud crazy and since I am a manager in my profession I was half tempted to go behind the counter to teach thembetter practices in following their processes and teaching their staff. Absolute WORST Taco Bell experience I've ever had, and I frequently eat at Taco Bell. Got here, it's lunchtime and the dining... room is closed for whatever reason. Got into the ridiculously long drive through line and placed my order. I specifically askedfor 10 sauces (2 per item). After checking the bag, saw that they gave me 5 sauces and I reminded them that I asked for 10. Thegirl said, "But we're only allowed to give one per item." Well, you should have said that from the beginning, right?? Then Ipark my car and start eating, and realize that my order is completely screwed up. I didn't have time to wait in the 8 car drivethrough line again so ended up throwing my food in the garbage and leaving. VERY unhappy to put it mildly!!! Will definitely notbe returning! Read more
2nd time coming here and the wait is ridiculous...it is either understaffed or there is no sense of urgency from the staff.... Waiting in line right now having already waited 10min, and I still have PLENTY of time to write a review. Gave 2 stars cause thefood is good...its just not 20 minutes+ good. Nice Taco Bell. Staff is friendly but I can't get my favorites anymore. I don't know if there is a Taco Bell where I can still... get an enchirito or tostada. This is a shame as I would eat here much more often if I could get those ????????. They are notonly delicious ???? but extremely easy for the staff to make. I know because I worked at Taco Bell in the mid eighties. Theseare the two items that I would buy for my break or to take home ???? to eat. Read more
It's Taco Bell... Customer service is pretty good consistently and orders are typically correct and prepared properly. I... usually drive thru but when I must go in, it's always clean. They can be pretty busy at times which makes believe I'm not theonly one who feels like running for the border at lunchtime ;-) Read more
This Taco Bell is always closed on the inside, has a long line or just straight up never has what you try to order. I have... gotten to the point where I call ahead to ask if they have what I want because I don?t want to wait in the long line and wastegas just to be told they don?t have what I want. Hire more employees and someone who knows how to order the correct amount offood. Taco bell with their freeze machine is starting to sound like McDonald?s with the ice cream machine. Read more
I showed up here to try their breakfast at 9:15 on 7/17. Website said they're open and there were no signs on front door or... drive thru indicating they're closed. I sat outside for 10-15 minutes while the worker inside ignored myself and another car whowere mere feet away. If you don't have staff that's fine but at least make it possible for your customers to know you're closed.Won't be visiting this location again. This is a prime example why Taco Bell will never hang with the big boys when it comes tofast food breakfast....locations like this turn off customers like me from even bothering to try again. Went thru drive thru. Ordered quickly..payment taken right away at window!! Lady working window was very quick but efficient.... Asked if I wanted sauces..said yes n they were in bag when I got home!! Lots of napkins,too. Got the Doritos Los tacos as aparty pack..excellent! Neatly made n wrapped!
