First time that we stopped here, and will be the last. My husband had a fish sandwich, he said just a little too small. My... experience was dreadful, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich , it was cold all the way through. I could not eat it. Ordered a Whopper meal through drive through. Order take wasn't the friendliest, and just said "ok" when I ordered. After a few... awkward seconds I pulled up. I received my food pretty quick. The bun wasn't toasted and was cold, making the sandwich kindablah. The fries weren't very fresh. I had to ask for the drink I ordered. Not the worst experience, but not anything to comeback for. Ordered through the drive through and asked for the food to be fresh. Got up to the window and the workers are blasting... expletive music for customers to hear when the window opened. This is the first impression they are presenting the establishmentto be. The young girl handed me the bag right away and the food felt cold. I asked her ?is this fresh?? Place looks nice but the elevation on the brick wall on at the end of dining area is 18 inches different. I only noticed cause... been sitting for 45 min and have plenty of time to see things ..... most definitely need people who want to work instead ofhorse play in kitchen. New building. Same terrible service and horrendous food. 26 minutes in line at drive through. Burned patty?like charred burnt.... Cold fries. Bun disintegrated. How do you mess up a franchise made burger this badly. Should have stayed closed. Don?t wasteyour money here. Go to the one on 41. At least you?ll get somewhat better food for what you pay for. I'm very impressed with the remodel. I've never had an issue here before. However, today I walked in to order. Not busy. I... go to the counter and actually allowed a family to go ahead of me. When it was my turn there were 4 workers up front. One wasdrive through. All 4 standing at the order area laughing and talking and not even acknowledging me. I figured they didn't wantmy business and went to Wendy's. I usually stop in on average a couple times a week. I won't be back. I expect at least a"will be right with you" from somebody! Read more
Very busy place! But they are pretty fast at serving your food. The Big fish sandwich was not as big as they announced it. ... Stick to the basics. Order a whopper :-) Read more
I ordered a egg and cheese croissant meal literally there was no one in in line but me and they still messed up on my order.... Called and called no one answered the phone. Finally talked to a manager she just wanted to refunded me the money for thesandwich not the meal. What about my time and the inconvenience off having to return.
