Employee- well the manager Debbie, was very very rude because I told her my steak was cold. She was not compassionate- she... didn?t have a care in the world and didn?t even offer to rectify the problem, but instead charged me to remake it!!!! SheContinued to argue back and forth with me, while other customers that were there agreed that she was indeed very rude to me,even after I was calmy speaking to her. It took everything in my power not to reach over the counter and punch her in themouth,but I realized she was not worth the charge. Honestly i dont see how this subway is still in business! Sad thing is DEBBIEstated she called the franchise owner and the owner sided with her which makes it clear that terrible management and customerservice starts at the top!!!I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE IF YOU?RE LOOKING TO EAT AT SUBWAY PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! This place needs to get on top of things. No restroom for custo.ers in the middle of a pandemic, yet you can eat in. How are... people washing their hands? I went t in today to get a sub for work the girl had a slight attitude, started making my sub didn't put hardly any meat on my... sub and I said to her is that it she said yes so I said thank you and walked out. You wanna Raise your prices but give less onthe product , I don't get it I'm not paying 8.00 for a sub with no meat on it. Read more

The clerk was not helpful at all in slecting my sandwich. I wamted ham and papperoni and didn't know what to call the sandwich.... She rang it in and charged me for a meat that should have came as part of the sandwich. When I questioned it she was VERY rudeand short with me. I will never be back. Read more
- I called to place an order at 8:45 and was told they close in 5 minutes. Odd hours. - They do not take online orders - They do... not honor Subway specials. - They no longer serve chopped salads. Go elsewhere!. They close at 5 pm on the weekend, close early during the week which makes it difficult to plan a trip. The... attitude is unbelievable, when I asked for extra Mayo and onion, the employee went passive aggressive by putting more onion andmayonnaise than the meat and veggies. Generally the sandwich might not be too bad, but quality also can be inconsistent. Thinkoverly soft tomatoes, questionably cleaned lettuce. But the big kicker, besides employees being rude, limited and inconsistentclosing times, was the refusal to accept coupons. Last time we went, we were told they no longer accept coupons.
