Only giving the 5 stars to the amazing respectful guy who took my order and after I order about 30 dollars worth of food I asked... about the spicy chicken sandwich told him I had never had it and was worried bout not like it and with no hesitation at all heoffered me to try it for free today on him... We went through the drive thru to get an ice cream cone. It was very unusual that the ice cream machine was actually working. ... It's always broken. Anyway, we pulled up and asked for a vanilla cone and she said and I quote " we don't do that " We wereconfused by her answer and asked her to clarify. She stated the machine was broken. We pulled away and drove to the Food Lionacross the parking lot. As we were walking into the grocery store we heard a man yelling something. We looked toward thevoice and a man was running after us yelling that the machine wasn't broken. His name was Rodney. He actually ran out of theMcDonald's to tell us that the ice cream maker was just overheated and its now ok. I think he may have been the manager onduty. He was so proud to tell us to come back and get our cone. We were impressed by his efforts. I gave a 3 star review forthe machine not working properly and the girl who really hates her job. 5 stars go to Rodney!!!!! Read more
Absolutely the Rudest people Ever! The majority of the time the food is not hot or fresh! The shake machine Never works... either!..I WILL NEVER GO BACK..There are atleast 2 other locations within 5 miles!
