Restaurant is clean, friendly, helpful. Restrooms are clean, adequately stocked, monitored for cleanliness. Food is fresh,... prepared, served when ordered. Good selection of food/ dessert. Had lunch there today like always it was great. Just had take out dinner like always it was great
well for starters we had a gathering there they knew in advance how many ppl .they had no decaff coffee ran out tea . it... took us 3 Times ask for drink and never got a refill so finally ask another waitress then another and finally hour halffinally got refill.. my food wasnt good the lady across from me her hamburger steak was burnt was told had burn it bc it wasground beef..really but then later they brought another one and it was done and no wasnt burnt . it was black. they lookedlike wasnt prepared for us at all. I know they have been have there family reunion there for years except when covid came .but everyone was bein polite and the waitress did best they could but I really hope they find somewhere else bc your food isnasty. Food is good. The problem is their 3% upcharge for using a card. Also, I don't recommend taking a large group as they... automatically add a 20% gratuity fee that you can't change. Update: I just caught them in a lie with their response. They haveno idea who I am. I wasn't there with a party and I'm not sure who they are talking about with a $3 tip. And how do they knowhow much someone is going to tip on their card at the register? Do they just look at what's left on the table and decide to addgratuity based on that? Read more
NY strip steak special. Cooked perfectly didn't even need steak sauce. Service was great. Highly recommend and will be... back. Same name as the chain but was told it was independently owned. Food and service much better than the chain locations. Read more
