Just stood inside for 10 minutes waiting to place an order. Never was acknowledged by those working though the clerk could... continously talk to the two young men that had placed an order before me. Also the lady at the fry station loudly wascomplaining about cooking hashbrowns and how over it she was. Finally just walked out as I assumed my order was not needed orwanted by this establishment. Great location, new, clean and bright with large windows.
Half the time, they run out of what you order. Half the time the fries are cold. Or they ask you to pull ahead and you have to... wait 10+ minutes to get the few items you did order! 99.9% a disappointment. I have given them chance after chance and they keepscrewing up. I'm not spending another dime at this craphole. I am specifically talking about the McDonald's in Rumford Maine. Read more

I ordered through my app like I always do. Well today is the day I decided to give my review. Thankfully the guy at the window... was really good at his job hence the 3 stars. My burger unfortunately was inedible during my drive home because they always seemto put all my sauce to one side of the burger so it makes a mess everywhere when you try to open the wrapper. This is a standard McDonald's. The food and service was excellent. I have no complaints.
