The food was delicious and the service was great. But the best part was watching one of the servers drape an apron over the... shoulders of an older woman customer who was cold. She was so sweet and friendly. It?s just the kind of customer service youwant to see in a small town. Read more
Absolutely appalling customer service. I was with my family (which included some younger kids) last time I was in there, and... this women walked around us constantly, giving us dirty looks. On our way out the door, she said she wishes she could have putmy little cousins in a corner. Ridiculous! Our server, David I believe, was wonderful, though. I would only come back for him. Iwas very close to knocking this lady's teeth out... Tell your staff be kind.. We will NEVER come back here if that lady stillworks there. It's a shame, too, because the food is pretty good. Hubby and I shared a calamari appetizer and a pizza. The food was great. The atmosphere was very nice. We went around 2 in the... afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. I cant wait to go back and try the other Italian dishes! Read more
