I ordered through the app and chose to drive to the restaurant and pickup my order to-go. The pizza was ready quickly, and the... quality was good. But, I was asked to tip twice. Once when I ordered, and again when I picked up the order. I think tipping isfor personal service like delivery or table service, and I?m happy to tip well under those circumstances. However, if I drive toa takeout only pizza place and pickup my pizza, who would I tip, and why would I tip? I even used Apple Pay when I made theorder, but they just did a pending charge so they could try again for an unearned tip when I arrived. Read more

Update! Don't believe anything they say to your feedback! Been 2 days since I emailed my info over and NOTHING!! Ordered on the... app. Both pizzas were incorrect! Call and spoke to two managers. I wanted my money back but either could give me credit back. Goelsewhere dont give them your money! Read more
Well, we ordered on line at 16:00 on a Wednesday. But the app apparently isn't working. We got there about 5 minutes before it... was suppose to be done. We checked in, but finally after sitting another 15 minutes went in and got it. Either update your app,stop offering curb side pick, or just start answering the phone. The pizza was ok. The bread knots were good and fresh. We havea question/concern. If your delivery drivers are going to weight over 300lbs maybe get them a bigger shirt and pants that stayup when he walks. It has got to be one of the one of the best Domino's Pizza I have been too, not just because the pizza and wings were great, but... the experience. I know it's just a pizza place, but the workers were great, something you don't see very often in fast foodplaces or restaurants, my order was out in a timely manner, even with the crew that they had at that moment when I was there andmost important for me at least in my opinion with a good attitude, and I could tell that the cooks were exhausted but alwayskept there composure as people came in an out of the place, I also noticed the attitude that they had with each other even asthe phone rang and the line was getting longer no one ever lost there composure the guy that seemed to be leading the crew,which was one of the cooks, called out what he needed done someone quickly responded and when they were all busy either he tookit upon himself to do what needed to be done or waited patiently for one of his co-workers to be able to get the task done neverdid anybody loose composure even being as busy as they were and I got to say have been to other places where with a bigger crewand not looking nearly as busy as this one I have had to wait for my order about the same and sometimes even longer, and notalways but some times with an attitude. I ordered by phone. The lady who took my order was very sweet. I ordered a med extravaganza, 8 wings, and 2 salads. My husband... picked the order up. The salads were not included. The cashier argued about it and did not even offer to add the salads on. Itseems so simple. He did not have to be so rude. Read more
Worst dominos I?ve ever experienced. Horrible customer service and even worse delivery times. Consistently, order after order,... this store is disappointing. Would recommend taking your business elsewhere. Photo is an hour and 15 minute delivery of a coldpizza, I live 3 miles from the store. Ridiculous, and it happens all the time. Read more
We had a great experience with this domino?s in Ruidoso? The food in this town was really not good and we were so happy to see... that they had a domino?s pizza store. We called and ordered pizza the gentleman who took the call let me know about coupons andsaved me a few bucks. He also had it delivered promptly and Daniel was very professional when he delivered our hot, freshdelicious pizzas!
