Food is average for wingstop. The big complaint I have is more than half the tables are always dirty. Floors are sticky. Also... the music they play seems to be the family unfriendly version. I head the F word in the music played about 30 times while eatingmy food. There are children in this restaurant. Read more

I Love this place! They're probably going to be busy but they manage to take care of everybody and the flavor profiles are... great. Today I gave the chicken sandwich to try and it's great but the bread is really basic...did not affect the flavor so thefive star is warranted. Read more
This was my 1st horrible experience with Wing stop. They forgot part of my order and also gave me naked wings instead of lemon... pepper. The incompetence of the staff was infuriating. The manager Jose stated he would remake the wings but I'd have to comeback and get them tonight or no credit. Then said he'd credit me 3.19 for just my missing brownie after having me on hold for 20minutes. Read more
I ordered my food for delivery and was given a delivery time of 7:14pm. Not only did my driver get changed at the last minute... and when I contacted the new driver she told me that Wingstop told her my order was already gone with the wrong driver. Do younot confirm the driver and all of the necessary details on was assigned to the order? She said they were making my order againwhile she waited for it. As soon as I walked through the door. Zero greetings, zero hellos ect. Placed order lead entire order and the 2 ladies had... attitude entire time. I Lead the entire order and updates on the order yet waited over 30 minutes for simple 6 pceboneless. And walk ins had orders done before my orders as i heard them order done before my order. Entire time hadZERO updates, ZERO time frame on order even when i asked for update they had audacity for to not tell me and tell me to moveas a walk in tried to sign a paper when clear;y was enough room. its on footage, ZERO helpfulness, ZERO leadership onorder, ZERO attentiveness. Caught attitude when I asked for update and didnt even tell me a time frame WHILE catching aattitude. Its on the footage LITERALLY. Yet other walk ins had orders ready within 10 - 15 minutes and i heard them takeorder. When i ask for refund had lady give attitude yet they said ZERO to me while i waited 30-40 minutes. Goes to show thesecashiers have ZERO leadership qualities and no professionalism and let there emotions get best of them and they pick andchoose who get greetings, updates, and ect. I will never do business here again. ZERO professionalism, integrity, principle,ethics, morals, accountability, ect. Footage proves my point its literally recorded on screen.
