Hours on the JITB app are not correct. Food is always hot and fresh. I always check the order because sometimes they miss a... thing or two or mix up orders. Make sure you tell them what condiments you want so they get put in your bag. I love the eggrolls and the loaded tiny tacos. Manager is very nice. Read more

Sat at the drive thru sign waiting to order for about 10 minutes, she did ask us to hang on. The line was not that busy in front... of us. Finally I said ?helloooo? and she took our order. I could Tell the car behind me was getting frustrated, but at me bc hethought I just was taking my time ordering I?m sure?.. I understand if you?re short staffed, I worked in fast food and knowhow that feels. But I would never leave a customer at the sign for 10 minutes waiting for me to take their order. That?sunacceptable? Edit. Pulled up and they charged my card wrong and apparently gave our food to the car in front of us.
