Might need to send Maria back to training. I was given 3 gravy?s instead of mashed potatoes and when I called to get a... resolution she kept saying two options that would not work and said that?s all they could offer. Then she hung up on me midsentence, not once but twice. And then when speaking with her manager she gave solutions & answers that we?re beneficial. These restaurants in Royse City, Texas are beyond garbage. I ordered an eight piece family meal with two sides at dinner time.... My chicken was hard as if they fried it at lunch time, fries were stale, and they didn't even give me my yeast rolls. Then theseworkers have the audacity to want a tip. Why are we tipping fast food restaurants who barely do their jobs? They're not goingover and beyond. Heck they are barely doing the minimum required! Up dated post. Golden Chick in Royse City has the best customer service that I have had in a long time. We had a little problem... on our first visit. It was quickly taken care of by management. We went back for another visit. The food was really good andfresh. Our thanks to Sharon Brown for being so nice when taking our food order. ?We hope her employer recognizes how good sheis with customers.
