I randomly stopped in this morning and decided to grab a bite to eat and I?m so happy that I did. The woman behind the counter... was so friendly and made sure that I was happy with everything that I was getting, asked me if I needed any condiments oranything of that nature and was just very inviting and informative regarding specials and things of that nature. Update #2 - still never heard from the manager of this store. I guess Fuzzy's does not value their customers and do not care... about an overall customer experience. If I could update to zero stars I would. Update - sent email to manager as requested andhave not heard back still. Grace was rhe young lady behind the counter taking orders, she is extremely rude to multiplecustomers. She was more concerned about hanging out with her friend that was there visiting her and listening to music while atwork behind the counter. Pictutes are worth a thousand words. GO ELSEWHERE TO BE TREATED BETTER. I WILL NEVER VISIT THISLOCATION AGAIN. Read more

Complaint about Fuzzy Tacos in Royse City: I waited to talk to Estella the restaurant manager before I did this but I am... completely upset about the order we paid $175 for!!! I called Wednesday but had to leave a message. Finally was able to talkwith Estella Friday to get a quote for catering Saturday. I will admit I should have gotten something to me in writing but Iwas hoping that honestly of a manager at a pretty good restaurant chain would pay better attention to what she tells hercustomers. We talked about getting an order for 15 people; chicken fajita, beef fajita and all the toppings. We did not wantrice or beans just the tacos. Just got off the phone with Estella and she stated she told me that beef fajita was moreexpensive, but I do not remember that part. What I remember is the total that was quoted was $89. I was assuming the price wasgreat because I did not want rice and beans. I was shopping around and was excited for that price because other companies wouldnot remove the rice and beans from the price. Well I did not pick up the order and unfortunately could not fight it the day ofthe party because we had people we need to feed. Please refer to the picture there is NO WAY this was worth 175!! I love love love Fuzzy's. It is my favorite Mexican place to go to. The service is always great and quick. And they've never... once messed up an order. When it comes to delicious Mexican food, they're my go-to place. From their nachos to their tacos, theydo a great job of making awesome tasting food.
