I come from Miami and enjoy my favorite Thai Restaurants there because they make my food extremely spicy. Today was my first... time at Peppermint Thai. I ordered my food and asked for extremely spicy. The waiter said, we have 1-4; I said I?ll take 10. I added that I?d never complain if it was too spicy, but would complain if it wasn?t spicy enough. He heard me! My Cashew NutChicken was excellent! I also enjoyed the small soup and egg roll with the dark chili pepper oil on the side. I willdefinitely be back!!! They have the best Thai food in Palm Beach County, if not all of South Florida. The food is always fresh, they get some... exceptional cuts of fish and seafood for their sushi. Service is always fast and friendly. I have been coming here for years,always bringing new people, and have never had anyone disappointed or having to send anything back to the kitchen or sushi bar.My go-to every time I want Thai food. The atmosphere is absolutely adorbs! Staff is very friendly and courteous, clean bathroom. And the food is o so yummy!

Our server was very sweet and the food was ok, but the atmosphere could stand to be majorly improved - It's kinda like a diner... in there. Also, the soy sauce (for dine-in) came in to-go packets and we were given plastic to-go containers to pour it in forsushi (pictured), which was very tacky.
