Nothing Bundt Cakes has the absolute best cakes around, bar none. My wife?s parents are visiting from Poland and raved about how... good the cake was and that they?ve never had anything like it. Terrible customer service. I came in for my mom's birthday bundt cake with an ID and told them how my mother never recieved an... email for her birthday 05/10/22. Today. She looked back on her email and they sent her an email 12/10/22-1/07/22. Which isridiculous. We have been buying from this location for over 3 years now. I love nothing Bundt cakes but I don?t recommend this location. I just picked up my birthday cake and asked for it chilled- if... something is chilled the frosting should be fairly hard. Well it was room temperature and the frosting got on the sides of thecellophane and it was really hard to get it out of the wrapping. I call them to tell them it?s not chilled and I was basicallycalled a liar and told to put it in the fridge, and to cut the cellophane off so it doesn?t get on the sides (too late forthat). For starters a properly chilled cake would not smear on the cellophane because the icing is harder, and I don?t havespace in my fridge since I?m having a party- which is why I asked for it chilled. Patricia was rude, unapologetic, and doesn?tseem to realize how excited I was to have this cake for my 30th birthday party. She spoke like I was bothering her and she didnot care. Even if you can?t do anything to fix it a little empathy goes a long way, and she needs to remember her customers arecelebrating something special. It?s the center piece for a decorated table and now the frosting looks messy. Not the end of theworld but I will not return to this location. I have ordered from other locations and they were much colder, I do know thedifference between something chilled or something lightly refrigerated. They should check their refrigerators or start freezingcakes that are requested ?chilled?. Based on other reviews I?m not the only one that was spoken to with a tone and not treatedlike a customer. I am a frequent customer for my family and for my office. I love the cakes, the staff however, not so much. Today it was Aliyah... but it's really habitual. They always appear annoyed and have zero patience. Management needs to train them to understand thatthey are selling joy and need to be pleasant to the customer. We choose your bakery to be a part of our special event or cheatday and it really ruins the experience when we have an unpleasant encounter. From all the reviews here it's not an isolatedincident. I am not entirely sure how something could be so delicious, but the fact is, they are. The cakes were great portion sizes and... extremely fresh, moist, and flavorful. I enjoyed every flavor in the box (Lemon, Chocolate, Red Velvet, and a Strawberry orRaspberry flavor). Would most definitely return. Read more

I?ve been here a bunch of times and customer service is always A+++++. I buy treats for work and for me personally for gifts.... Today I stopped to get a small treat for a bday and they were fast and executed it beautifully. The shop is so cute and clean.Lots of gift ideas but not cluttered at all. And the Bundt cakes and bundtinis are a fave everywhere I take them. Lots offlavors to choose from. Read more
