Last couple of times we ordered from there, the chicken was not that good. Then today I didn't have enough cash, so I was going... to use my card until I saw they charge 4%. Sorry, but no thank you. First of all, they are expensive enough (especially sincethe quality seems to have gone down). Second of all, that's just a cost of doing business (speaking as a former small businessowner). The place is a little dirty looking, but maybe that's just because it's older. Next time we want John Smith's it will befrom a different location. Read more

The sub and fries was okay but they should've put salt on fries and the bread was a little bit thick for me to eat it

It's gotten so much better lately. I've always love the food but service and employees are better. Keep it up!!

Best place in town for a sub. Fresh meat, unique and very tasty sandwiches. Great service!

Independently owned & operated location. DISGUSTING customer service. Unorganized. Not delivery driver friendly. SPEND YOUR... MONEY ELSEWHERE. Unprofessional. First visit- greatest disappointment. No stars. ???? Read more

So disappointed to realize not all Jon Smith Subs are the same. Was charged $23 , plus paid $2 tip.for one ft long and a 6". ... I ordered 2 foot longs and a 6". Asked for bread to be toasted, it was NOT. Hardly no cheese and couldnt tell if it had themushrooms I asked for. NOT A GOOD TASTY SUB as Im accustomed too. 1st and last time to this place. Read more

I had an unfortunate customer service experience with the cashier/shift manager today at the RPB location. I asked if I could... split the bill to $20 in cash and the remaining on my debit card. He said yes, but was having a hard time setting that up for meto pay with my card. Since he was having a hard time, I offered to void the whole transaction, take the $20 in cash back, andpay the full amount on my debit card to help make things easier for him. He asked for my debit card and slid it through the sideof the monitor. He gave me my card back & said my order will be ready soon. When he brought out the order, I asked for areceipt. He seemed upset when I asked it & then printed it out to give it to me. I looked at the receipt after I left & it saidthat he ran the full amount in cash. I didn?t see my card being ran on the receipt & he also kept the $20. The money wasn?tmine, so I went back inside to ask for the receipt to reflect what actually occurred. He said he couldn?t give me the moneyback, couldn?t void the transaction to let me pay the full amount on my card, and couldn?t change the receipt. I?m afraid thatthere is a possibility some type of fraudulent activity may occur from this situation. I don?t even see the amount taken when Ichecked my recent transactions. I?m on hold waiting to speak with my bank to report the incident in case any fraud occurs. Won?tever come back here. I?d rather pay more to go somewhere else. Read more
