Jovany our server was absolutely incredible and gave us stellar service on our visit, we weren't very hungry but got chicken and... waffles and mozzarella sticks. I ordered for pick up and when I got there it took 5 min for someone to approach me when they were not that busy. Then I was... told to go to the back to pick up my order I was standing there for another 10 minutes when the gentleman who told me to go tothe back and wait for my order brought two police officers to the back who came after me and took there to go order before evenasking me the name of my order to see if my food was ready. Then someone finally asked me if I was being helped and I said noshe asked me for the name on my order and went back and grabbed it right away which means my order was ready when I got there. Iget home which is just a short distance from the restaurant and my food is cold and soggy. This visit was really a waste of mytime and money. I have not been here in a while because the last two times I went there they have messed up now this is thethird time of them messing up and I will not be going back. I guess I'm going to stick with Denny's over on Royal Palm Beach andOkeechobee I have never had a bad meal from there and they are always quick to fix their mistakes if any are made. This location is clean and usually busy. However, the waiter was so unbelievably rude. He had the gall to tell us to work with... him and he'll work with us. He made us order like we were 5th graders. Example: Waiter: What will you have? Me: 2,2,2 Waiter:How do you want the eggs? Me: Over well. Waiter: Over what?! Me: Over well. Waiter: Over what?! Me: Over well. Waiter: OverWELL?! Sides? (hand motion for me to hurry) Me: Sausage and waffles Waiter: Waffles? Me: Yes, waffles. Waiter: Drink?! Me:Orang... Water: OJ, got it, next. What will you have (waiter looks at my husband). Me: I need a second 2,2,2. Waiter: What? Me:I need a second 2,2,2. Waiter: You didn't say that. How do you want the second 2,2,2? Me: (In my mind, "your rude behind didn'tlet me finish.") I order the second 2,2,2. Waiter: Now you (turns to my husband) Husband: Steak omelet... Waiter: Steak omelet,drink?! Husband: Steak omelet, egg whites only and de-café coffee. Waiter: Ok, if you guys work with me, I'll work with you.I'll be back with your drinks. Me: I'm not working here, what does he mean by that? He's so rude and I can't even say anythingbecause he looks like a spitter. Husband: Leave a review. Me: Good idea, but they won't care. Waiter: (Brings food) Your sonlooks like you. Husband: Decafe coffee, please. Waiter: One second. Me: Hash browns? Waiter: One second. Waiter: Returns withhash browns. Husband: (Half-way through his breakfast.) Decafe coffee, please. Waiter: Decafe coffee (10-minutes later, we'realmost finished with our breakfast). Moral of the story, complain afterwards and you won't get spit with your food! If I seethis waiter again, I will politely ask for a different sever. He's not worth tipping because I don't need to be treated like a5th grader serving lunch detention while dining at IHOP. The host told us it would be a 25 to 30 minute wait. They took us to our table in less than 15 minutes. That was good! The... server, Samantha was friendly, welcoming and fast. Took our order and the food came out in less than 10 minutes and everythingwas perfectly prepared. She brought everything we asked her to. She keep coming back refilling our coffee and waters. First visit at this location and compared to this chain in Miami, very clean and not crowded. Our party was one adult and 4... teenage boys and one preteen girl. The six of us sat comfortably in a booth. Everyone enjoyed their meals. My lemon crepes wereokay. The waitress was friendly. No complaints about the restroom facility. Read more
