I used to Love this place unfortunately it has absolutely gone down hill the staff does their best, but they are just not... prepared at all especially for weekends. The food has come out hard and over cooked. After today I won?t be back. This ismultiple times now and we are a party of 10 people. They brought this dish back out and here is what we bit into. I will sayJohnny the new GM says there is new staff and they need to work out the kinks that?s why I gave a two star. They need to fixthis it was great at one time. Hopefully Johnny can turn it around. He handled it professionally, but bottom line this needs tobe addressed so that they can fix this. Read more
The environment and staff were friendly! Even though they got an order wrong, the server was helpful and happy to replace it.... All in all the experience itself was pretty good. The food was pretty bland though. I got the classic eggs Benedict and triedsome of the pancake and million dollar bacon. The Benedict was flavorless and the potatoes were kind of soggy and cold. Thepancake was fluffy but also lacking in flavor, I had to put a ton of syrup on it. The bacon was just bacon in syrup. But Iappreciated the staff and interior. Read more
The atmosphere is great! There servers here are super nice. There?s many different options and different types of juices.
My second time at a First Watch. The most impressive part was the decor. The food?not so much. The menu is trying too hard to... be something it shouldn?t be - an ?avant-garde? breakfast place. Everything doesn?t need avocado-this or multi-grain that. Iordered the hash with a side of their Million Dollar Bacon - which is just bacon with maple syrup on it. Overpriced and notgreat. The hash isn?t a true ?hash? like you would expect - it?s home fries with avocado and tomatoes and other stuff - and thepotatoes weren?t cooked all the way. We also had great coffee delivered in a carafe to the table - a nice bonus. My partnerloved her meal, though. Her pancakes were delicious and fluffy, and the fresh fruit and lemon curd were spectacular. The foodis very presentable - it?s plated quite well and looks very attractive. The decor is awesome, though. Very well thought out andexecuted. But it doesn?t match the menu. Service was great, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, this having been mysecond visit - I don?t see a reason for a third. Unless the menu adds some traditional items, then for sure I?ll be back. Read more
