Had the kid at the drivethrough not return my credit card to me and when i came back to get it he told me he didn't take my card... at the window. The manager found the card after we walked outside and came back inside to see my card miraculously appear on thetable in the drive thru area (the same area she searched before we walked outside. Tried to call the store manager the next dayonly to get an answering service not able to take anymore messages. Really want to know what they did after learning that theiremployees are theives. This is actually the best one in this area, only thing I clearly asked No Mayo and No Pickle on my Whopper Jr. Yet I get home... and the burger had Mayo, even the wrapper was marked No Mayo No Pickle not to mention the fries tasted like they were there allday... Read more
I have never wrote a review about a fast food place but I?m so annoyed. If you can avoid this place please do. Worst attitude... ever! People show up to work here and carry on a like thugs. Brought my issue to the manager and clearly she don?t comprehendwell. How can a professional place be allowed to scream profanities at customers. This has to be my worst experience ever. Please close this roach infested disgusting place down. They had us drive around to the parking lot to walk the food out to us... instead of waiting at drive through so you don?t see the disgusting conditions inside. Unfriendly, discourteous service at this particular location (11959 Southern Blvd, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411) No smiles, no... thank you... They obviously don't like their jobs.. they obviously don't like their customers. They won't even treat you like ahuman and look you in the face! On the other hand, their food is typical of all Burger Kings so no special commentthere. Corporate headquarters, the franchise owner, the regional manager, all need to focus on improving customer relations atthis particular location store. And perhaps other Burger Kings in the vicinity. What A nightmare going here this morning. I ordered the pancake breakfast no pancakes that are an issue. I ordered the sourdough... breakfast sandwich guess what they don't carry it anymore. I suggest you update your website and menu boards. The food was coldand non of the items had a time circled on them which says these had been sitting for hours. We are trying to supportrestaurants right now instead of me cooking at home is becoming a big mistake and waste of money going to establishments thatdon't care whwt or how they do it. Read more
These guys always mess up something and it gets a little ridiculous for $35-40 every visit. I get the inflation thing but you... don't get what you pay for with any standard drive through place. Unfortunately most people working there are to busy on theirphones and doing personal things rather than working. Why offer a vegetarian option if you aren't going get the order right.Vegans beware.
