Visit this location pretty regularly trying to give it a chance time and time again ONLY because it is walking distance from my... house. After today I am finally done with second chances. EVERY time I order the same worker is extremely rude and always saysthey NEVER have anything in stock. I find it hard to believe that a major coffee chain is out of "lattes". Or doesn't have "coldbrew" or "cold foam" or any of the featured items on the menu. I am always told "WE AINT GOT THAT". If that is the case, youshould not have a online ordering option at this location. I was also unable to get a refund for the items I ordered and wastold I would have to figure that out online.
