There is a lady here that always says the system is down. But the fact that this time the place is open and no one is at the... register for more than 20 mins and then calling while in there you can hear the phone ringing and being ignored. Then steppingout of the store having to call several times then finally getting a answer smh.. so having to go back in and let her know what I'm saying now just for her to say the systems was down after coming from the back where the phone that was ringing and beingignored is. Then she said someone was there.. lol it's kind of like seriously were they invisible. I don't know who owns thissubway but the system and a staff member seems to always be down. 50/50 chance if they will be open or have anyone there to help you. Says they are open till 10PM, but they were closed at 7:30.
They close at 8:00 not 10:00 p.m. That's something I would like to know before my lunch break.
I have to say I wasn't expecting much for a fast food vendor set up on the inside of a discount store like Meijers, but I was... really impressed. Our server, who was all by herself, really hustled and prepared our subs just the way we wanted them withample portions of meat and condiments. We had the food to go, but would have felt comfortable eating there with the few tablesand chairs they had set up. They appeared to be clean as was the floor. Better than many other subways we've been to. Keep upthe good work!!!. Read more
Between 1-2pm on 11/17 worker would not serve 8 customers citing system failure
They are the worst Subway ever, they charge you more for any sandwich you order, they have attitude, especially the old blond... lady as if someone forcing her to work or she is working for free. I don't recommend this place at all. Read more
Very clean and organized store, employees were very polite and respectful and definitely recommend going to this subway!!
