I feel that this can be a pretty hit or miss experience. The store was out of several things we wanted. The person helping us... was less than thrilled to be there. To be fair, today is a holiday & I wouldn't want to have been at work either. Food was quickand tasty though. Read more
I've always been a big fan of Subway. They have healthy options, but they also taste good, and are filling. This location did... not disappoint. I would have no problem eating here again. Read more
This Subway is clean and the food is good. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Everything I've had has been fresh with the... exception of a cookie (that was free, from a coupon), and the cookie was not fresh, it was hard and not that good like thenormal white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are. The owner (maybe, someone of status) was in speaking with what I would guessis a newer manager. They were speaking in the dining area. If I had one suggestion, if speaking about time sheets, employeediscipline, general operating procedures and policies, find an area to do it more privately. I do want to highlight howfriendly the staff is though, especially those working lunch hours on 12/3/19 and 12/4/19. They were really friendly andhelpful. Read more
Horrible customer service. When I called to iron out the issues they were having filling my online order I spoke to the Manager... and received nothing but excuses, attitude, and a brush off. I won't be going back to this location. I can't imagine howhorrible the customer service must be in person, if the manager is any indication of their attitude twords their customers. Read more
